On the terms.

By creating a Posteri account, accessing the website, or installing the mobile app you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Posteri is operated by NAP Designs, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

You may use Posteri to manage social media for businesses you own or are authorised to manage. You agree NOT to:

• ·send spam, mass unsolicited messages, or unconsented marketing
• ·impersonate any person, business, or government entity
• ·publish unlawful, defamatory, sexually explicit, hateful, or harmful content
• ·infringe trademarks, copyrights, or other intellectual property
• ·violate platform policies of Meta, Google, WhatsApp, or any connected service
• ·scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract source code or models
• ·resell access without an Agency-tier license

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund.

Paid plans (Pro, Business, Agency) renew automatically at the price shown on /dashboard/billing until you cancel. All amounts are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST. Razorpay processes payments under their own terms and privacy policy.

Cancellation. Cancel anytime from /dashboard/billing. Your paid plan remains active until the end of the current period, after which the account reverts to Free.

Refunds. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial periods. Refunds for billing errors must be requested within 7 days of the charge by emailing hello@posteri.napdesigns.com. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for abuse-related cancellations.

Price changes. 30 days' notice before any price change takes effect on your plan.

Posteri uses third-party AI APIs (Anthropic Claude, Replicate Flux Schnell) to generate captions, hashtags, posters, and review replies. You acknowledge that:

• ·AI output may be inaccurate, biased, or unoriginal
• ·you are solely responsible for reviewing and editing AI output before publishing
• ·Posteri does not guarantee uniqueness; identical prompts may yield similar output for other users
• ·you assume all liability for content you publish under your business name

You authorise Posteri to access your Meta, Google, and WhatsApp Business accounts only within the OAuth scopes you grant. Revoke access at any time from /dashboard/accounts or from the source platform's security settings. We are not responsible for actions taken by upstream platforms (post rejections, account suspensions, API outages).

Posteri is provided "as is" and "as available". We target 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled posts may be delayed by upstream API issues; we will retry up to 3 times before marking a post as failed.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NAP Designs and its affiliates are NOT liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages including but not limited to: lost revenue, lost data, lost goodwill, business interruption, posting failures by upstream platforms, or any actions or output from third-party AI APIs. Total liability is capped at the amount you paid Posteri in the preceding 12 months.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NAP Designs from any claims arising out of content you publish through Posteri or your violation of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
